The 2016 Renewals have been sent out and should have arrived.  If you do not receive your renewal by 5/20 please email Ledyardsportsman@att.net and we will send you a copy of the renewal letter.

There has been some confusion about the payment amounts due to the CT State Dues Tax being added this year.  As a result the renewal amounts have changed.  For Associate members who completed their required work or are exempt the total amount is $137.50.  For Associates who did not complete their work or are not exempt the total will be $220.  For Life members who did not complete their work and are not exempt the total will be $82.50.  For Life members who are paying off their membership and owe for work the total will be $182.50.  For Life members who are paying off their membership and do not owe for work the total will be $100.

Due to the Utah Pistol Permit class on Saturday May 9th the May All-Club work-party will be held on May 16th starting at 9am.

All ranges will be closed until work is completed and lunch will be provided.  It is expected that there will be work on all ranges as well as cleanup of brush along the road.

There are also spots still open for the 1pm-5pm session of the Utah class if anyone is still interested please email Ledyardsportsman@att.net to be added to the class roster.

The Club will be holding the Wednesday night skeet clinic beginning on May 27th and running through September.  Shooting will begin at 5:30 pm and go till sunset.  These sessions are open to beginners and newer shooters looking to improve their shooting with help from some of the Club's more experienced shooters.  Some shotguns are available for those who may not own one but are looking to try skeet.  The Club has ammo available for purchase as well or members may provide their own gun and ammo as long as it is 7.5 or smaller shot.  Cost per round(25 targets) is $2.50 and depending on the number of people who attend there is usually time to shoot 2 rounds per night.

In addition the Club will be hosting the Dragonfly Open on June 13th and 14th This is a NSSA Registered match and will run on both fields on both days.  Help will be needed from Club members to fill machines, selling food and assisting with scoring.  If interested in helping please email the Club at Ledyardsportsman@att.net
